Armour Grade High Alumina Ceramic

● Application:

Thanks to the extremely high hardness and bending strength, the bullet proof high alumina ceramics can be used as vehicle protection armour (such as war craft, armed helicopter, tank, infantry fighting vehicle, armoured vehicle) and body protection armour (such as bullet proof vest, bullet proof helmet). The bullet proof alumina ceramics are 3-4 times stronger than steel armour. The weight of high alumina ceramic is over 50% lower than the metal armour due to its lower density. Thanks to the the lower cost, the high alumina ceramic amour is considered to be an economic material compared with other ceramic armour material.
